BEGINNER Drop-in Pole - THURSDAYS:   Ladies!....are you ready for this one?   Not only is this class sexy, but a great workout!   Come learn basic pole tricks, sexy dance moves, flexibility enhancing and how to just let go and be sexy! This class does include actual poles!   So in order to reserve yours, you must register for this class. Limit 30.

Thursdays: 8:45p - 9:45p Pole Dance for Beginners

BEGINNER Drop-in Pole - FRIDAYS:   This particular class will be SLOW & SEXY.   Get ready for a show & sensual pole class performed to the hottest slow jams to release your inner freak as you wind down the week with exotic pilates, floorwork along with pole tricks and choreography. Be sure to wear an overshirt or button down to strip away!   Limit 30.

Fridays: 7:30p-8:30p Pole Dance for Beginners

BEGINNER Drop-in Pole - SATURDAYS:   Another chance to get a great pole workout. You'll learn basic pole tricks, sexy dance moves, flexibility enhancing and how to just let go and be sexy! This class does include actual poles!   So in order to reserve yours, you must register for this class. Limit 30.

A.M. POLE FITNESS (Weekly Fitness Class!)
Finally a workout combining upbeat pole moves and pilates taught without breaks in between. Did we mention you get your own pole for the entire hour? WOW! ****Please wear fitness attire, yoga pants or capris, pole shoes or sneakers. No "Boy Shorts!" ***
