Pole Dance 411 offers diversity in dance! Whatever you're looking for we have a class FOR YOU. We have the BEST Instructors in the South!
Individual Pole Dance classes are $20 each. Non-Pole Dance Classes are $15 each. Register for your first Pole Class at $15 by clicking here. When going through the calendars, click on the class you wish to take to register online.

- Ladies Liberation Schedule This program is for the Adult woman. Release inhibitions with Pole Dance, Yoga, Belly Dance, Go-Go Stiletto (high-heel dancing). Ladies, get your groove on in these classes! One low monthly fee gets you UNLIMITED access to all of these classes through our Ladies Liberation membership! Ask our staff for details.
- Series Classes Schedule View our 8 Week Progressive Series Classes here. These class series run for eight weeks straight, then advance to different level. Students can perform in our live show after completing the series!
